Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities for Germany. The role is Spain-based with remote/hybrid options and focuses on statistical programming for AMNOG dossiers and the analysis of clinical trial data.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, 2+ years in SAS and CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science or related field.
Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.
Familiarity with German AMNOG, IQWiG or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with emphasis on statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety and endpoints.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross functional teams: Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA.
Ensure quality, clarity and consistency of generated outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA and HTA bodies.
