Job summary

IQVIA in Spain seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support AMNOG dossiers and HTA activities. The role combines statistical programming, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA.

The ideal candidate has a master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, experience with SAS, R, and CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluent German and English. Remote/hybrid work in Spain with German project exposure.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience and/or in clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints and statistics.
Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
Knowledge of German AMNOG, IQWiG or G‑BA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with statistical programming for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality, clarity and consistency of outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA and HTA bodies.
