Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities from a Spain-based, remote/hybrid setup. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with strong programming and statistical analysis capabilities.

The candidate will handle German AMNOG dossier programming, analyze clinical data, and contribute to automation of workflows. Proficiency in SAS, R, CDISC standards, and German/English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM.
• Knowledge of the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with focus on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outcomes.
