Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Spain-based remote/hybrid work. The role supports health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access in Germany, focusing on statistical programming and data science applied to reimbursement decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a biostatistics or data science advanced degree and have >2 years in SAS programming with CDISC SDTM/ADaM experience, plus German and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, with a focus on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, and endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and relevant HTA bodies.
