Job summary

RED Global is seeking a SAP Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant (German Payroll) for a Life Sciences project. Location: Remote (100%), Contract Duration: 12 months, Project Start: Mid-October 2026 with ASAP latest start.

This role focuses on SAP German Payroll within an SAP ECC environment. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of SAP HCM/Payroll experience, hands-on German payroll expertise, and strong functional/technical capabilities to configure, troubleshoot, and support payroll interfaces

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll.
• Experience working in SAP ECC environments (S/4HANA experience not required).
• Combination of functional and technical expertise, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience with payroll interfaces, reporting, and integration points.

Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for German payroll operations within an SAP ECC environment.
• Support ongoing enhancements for SAP Payroll in Life Sciences projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity.
