Job summary
RHI Magnesita is seeking an Internal SAP Concur/SuccessFactors Consultant to shape and continuously improve our global HR IT landscape. You will design functional solutions, configure applications, support integrations, and drive improvements across SAP Concur, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM.
You will collaborate with Global Process Experts, Key Users, and international teams to support Travel, Expense, and Invoice processes, ensuring stable and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Extensive SAP Concur experience in international companies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Concur and its integrations with SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA).
- Experience supporting global business applications and integrations.
- Experience supporting Key Users and end users with ServiceNow and/or SAP Solution Manager/CALM.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and continuously improve SAP Concur solutions and integrations.
- Collaborate with Global Process Experts and Key Users to accelerate workarounds and resolve high-priority incidents.
- Provide solution architecture alignment and develop conceptual models for application interfaces.
- Lead and contribute to task forces addressing complex issues and system stabilization.
- Perform second- and third-level maintenance, including root cause analysis.
