Job summary

Cronoshare.Com is seeking a Route and Logistics Planner for its Goods Transport division. This fully remote role in Spain designs, implements and optimizes transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs across the network.

You will use routing software and GPS, analyze data, and collaborate with dispatchers, drivers and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries, regulatory compliance, and continuous route improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics planning or transportation management.
• Proficiency with route planning software and TMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of logistics operations and freight principles.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
• Spanish transportation regulations familiarity.
• High school diploma; degree in Logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly routes.
• Utilize routing software and GPS to create efficient sequences.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and customer service teams.
• Monitor real-time progress and adjust routes for disruptions.
• Ensure routes comply with regulations, including hours of service.
• Generate reports on performance, mileage, fuel, and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain route information in the TMS.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
