Job summary

Cronoshare.Com is seeking a Route and Logistics Planner for our Goods Transport division. This fully remote role lets you design and optimize daily and long-term transportation plans across Spain, using routing software, GPS data, and TMS to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

You will analyze traffic patterns, coordinate with dispatchers and drivers, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on route performance. A high level of autonomy and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics planning or route optimization.
• Experience with route planning software and TMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of freight transport regulations in Spain.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize routes daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Use routing software and GPS to create efficient sequences.
• Analyze data to identify cost savings and service improvements.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and customer service.
• Monitor live deliveries and adjust routes for delays.
• Ensure compliance with hours of service and regulations.
• Generate reports on route performance and fuel usage.
• Maintain accurate route information in the TMS.
• Identify risks and plan contingencies for disruptions.
