Finom is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems to support a remote SaaS project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. You will evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows.

No prior AI experience is required. In this role, you will audit CRM and integrated revenue systems, analyze conflicts, reconcile data, and create clear documentation for

Competenze

• 4-6 years hands-on CRM experience across platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CRM fields, objects, flows, and automation.
• Experience with data governance and reconciliation.

Mansioni

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
