Job summary

A forward-thinking Remote Project Manager is needed to lead solar and wind energy development for our client in the renewable energy sector. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere while steering projects from site assessment and permitting through construction oversight and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in renewable energy.
• Experience with remote teams and virtual collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects (solar, wind).
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for complex energy projects.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and permitting processes.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, financial, and regulatory challenges.
• Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and third-party service providers.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to senior management.
