Job summary

Grs, a renewable energy solutions company, seeks a Remote Project Manager to lead solar and wind projects. You will manage the full lifecycle from site assessment to commissioning while coordinating dispersed teams across multiple regions, including Castile and León.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Renewable energy project experience, strong leadership, English fluency, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management for renewable energy projects.
• Experience leading remote teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of solar/wind tech and permitting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP a plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects (solar, wind).
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for complex energy projects.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and permitting processes.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, financial, and regulatory challenges.
• Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and third-party service providers.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to senior management.
