Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects (solar, wind).
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources for complex projects.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, and permitting processes.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, regulators and stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety/quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical, financial, regulatory risks.
• Manage contracts with suppliers and third-party providers.
• Facilitate communication among remote project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management.
