Zusammenfassung

Lear Corporation is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects (solar and wind). You will oversee the full lifecycle from site assessment and permitting to construction oversight and commissioning, coordinating distributed teams across Castile and León regions and beyond.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in renewables project management, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6. Fluency in English; Spanish desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in renewable energy.
• Proven track record from inception to completion of energy projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote team management and virtual collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects (solar, wind).
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for complex energy projects.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and permitting processes.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, financial, and regulatory challenges.
• Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and third-party service providers.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to senior management.
