Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Regional Renewal Rep to support customers through the full purchasing process on a short-term contract, working remotely from Barcelona through the end of January 2027.

You’ll handle renewals, order processing, and pre- and post-sales inquiries. This role emphasizes building relationships, logging interactions, and ensuring requests are accurate and timely. Fluency in English is required; Nordic languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, renewals or a similar role.
• Familiarity with standard customer service practices and procedures.
• Comfortable following set processes and guidelines with a high level of accuracy.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the full purchasing process, including order entry, subscriptions and renewals.
• Process orders, prepare correspondence and ensure requests are handled accurately and on time.
• Work with customers, partners and internal teams on pre-sales and post-sales queries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Log customer interactions and keep the status of open service requests up to date.
