Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced System Lead - Data Migration & Data Management to drive data migration strategies across global ERP transformations. You will define frameworks, oversee discovery and validation, and partner with architecture, security, and data governance teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

Formación

• Proven experience leading enterprise data migration and data management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP data migration processes and system transformation projects.
• Experience with cloud-based ETL architecture, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and integration landscapes.
• Understanding of network infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of CSV/CSA, GxP, and regulated system validation environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data migration strategy, architecture, and solution design.
• Define migration frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee data discovery, assessment, mapping, transformation, and validation activities.
• Drive data architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define migration waves, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Review and approve migration designs, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration, Security, and Data Governance teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams and migration specialists.
