Fusion Consulting seeks a System Lead - Data Migration & Data Management to steer global ERP data migration initiatives and define scalable strategies across transformations. You will govern architectures, standards, and validation activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams and applications owners.

As the technical authority, you will mentor teams, shape migration waves, and ensure compliant, enterprise-aligned solutions.

Formación

• Proven experience leading enterprise data migration and data management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP data migration processes and system transformation projects.
• Experience with cloud-based ETL architecture, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and integration landscapes.
• Understanding of network infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of CSV/CSA, GxP, and regulated system validation environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data migration strategy, architecture, and solution design.
• Define migration frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee data discovery, assessment, mapping, transformation, and validation activities.
• Drive data architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define migration waves, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Review and approve migration designs, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration, Security, and Data Governance teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams and migration specialists.
