Interex Group is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to drive delivery within a strategic marketing technology programme. This fully remote role in Spain focuses on building scalable Marketing Cloud solutions, optimizing journeys, and supporting Salesforce transformation.

You will collaborate with marketing, CRM, Salesforce, and technical teams to deliver automated campaigns, segmentation, and personalised communications across channels.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist / Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its modules (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder).
• Strong CRM, customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing automation knowledge.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Build and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Develop customer journeys, automated campaigns, segmentation, and personalised communications.
• Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, Salesforce, and technical stakeholders.
• Support data segmentation, audience management, and campaign automation.
• Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Follow best practices around data management, personalisation, deliverability, and campaign performance.

We are partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join a strategic marketing technology programme on a contract-to-hire basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional who wants to make an immediate impact on a high-profile programme, with the potential to transition into a permanent position following the initial contract period.

You will work closely with marketing, CRM, Salesforce, and technical teams to deliver scalable Marketing Cloud solutions, optimise customer journeys, and support the organisation's wider Salesforce transformation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist / Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing automation
• Experience working with both business and technical xcskxlj stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Fluent Spanish and English are essential
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) are highly desirable
