Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for the Public Sector to help train our language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will own the end-to-end RFI/RFP responses for government contracts and shape competitive capture plans.

Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP. Compensation is $100 per hour. Candidates should have 5+ years leading public-sector responses and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
