Ethos is seeking experienced RFP managers to help train and refine AI models with public-sector RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations. Flexible, remote role offering 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start, and $100/hour.

You will own compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans, delivering precise documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced RFP managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for RFP managers with 5+ years responding to public-sector RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations for government contracts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: RFI responses, solicitation compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, pricing volume submissions, capture plans, and proposal executive summaries.
