Ethos is seeking seasoned bid managers to support training a leading language model on professional government documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own RFI/RFP responses, compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans, ensuring clear, accurate narrative.

This fully remote, flexible role requires 5+ years in public-sector bidding and offers 5–20 hours per week at $100/hour with ASAP start.
