Fluency in English is required; Spanish is advantageous. The position involves coordinating distributed teams across international locations, including Castile and León regions in Spain, with emphasis on safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind).
• Experience with remote team management and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects (solar, wind).
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources for complex energy projects.
• Oversee site assessment, permitting, and environmental studies; coordinate with engineers, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
• Mitigate risks across technical, financial, and regulatory areas.
