You will manage donor-funded projects and lead diverse teams of consultants while ensuring projects meet scope and quality standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the international development sector and is fluent in English. This role offers a full-time position with flexible hours and the possibility of remote work.

Formación

• Proven experience in the international development sector.
• Experience managing projects remotely.
• Experience with managing and coordinating teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of donor‑funded projects, primarily remotely.
• Lead project teams consisting of different consultants.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate the bidding process.

Conocimientos

Project management in the international development sector

Remote team management

Recruitment and human resources management

Professional proficiency in English

Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish or French)

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or related field
