Job summary

Mondia Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery across IT/Telecom and media projects. You will define the project scope, assemble the team, allocate resources, and coordinate with all stakeholders.

You will monitor progress with detailed plans, manage changes, mitigate risks, and report regularly to clients and management. Strong English and agile experience are essential for success in our international, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of complex multidisciplinary project management in IT/Telecom/Start-up/Media.
• University degree required.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects in international environments.
• Experience with traditional IT/Technology/Telecom projects with virtual teams; agile is a plus.
• Strong analytics to build project charters prioritising activities with biggest business impact.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage stakeholder requirements across business and tech.
• Experience in collaboration between Software Development, Testing, Business Analysts, and Project Management in an agile environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Map out project scope and dependencies across all teams.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for the project.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects, ensuring deliverables on time.
• Manage the implementation of the plan with focus on delivery quality.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Regularly report on project progress, escalating issues to management as necessary.
• Successfully manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Close projects with appropriate closure processes.
• Contribute to continued improvement in the PMO.
