Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for global initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.
• Provide regular, clear, and concise project status updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a strong emphasis on international business development or market expansion.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-border projects.
• Excellent understanding of global business environments and diverse market dynamics.
• Experience with remote team management and virtual collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of other languages is highly advantageous.
