Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced level of English.
• Location: Europe.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project results, coach staff, enforce company policies.
• Retain staff by maintaining a reliable, communicative work environment.
• Analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, forecast profitability.
• Forecast financial results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities in existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic plans for implementing technologies.
