Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a remote-first, globally distributed team creating social discovery products. The Product Compliance Counsel will review product specs, assess risks, and guide marketing campaigns to ensure EU and US compliance, including AI governance and sanctions controls.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stay updated on digital legislature, and help implement required changes across platforms. This is a remote, full‑time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EU and US consumer protection laws.
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising compliance laws in EU/US.
• Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory developments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product compliance for websites and mobile apps.
• Review marketing materials for regulatory adherence and advise on campaigns.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate updates to teams.
