MongoDB is hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to work remotely from Poland with German fluency. You will guide customers through designing scalable architectures on MongoDB, translating business needs into robust technical solutions and partnering with the sales team to win strategic deals.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in the field, strong scripting or programming experience, and proven ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, ideally 2 years in a customer facing role.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with scripting languages (Python/Node.js/SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#).
• Experience in scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and propose improvements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for tech and business leadership.
• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable, performant applications and infrastructure using MongoDB.
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and articulate business value.
• Collaborate with sales to plan opportunities, qualification, and pipeline strategies.
• Generate demand through technical initiatives and events.
• Foster customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members.
• Engage in ongoing training on MongoDB products and industry trends.
