MongoDB Engagement Manager role, remotely based in Spain, leads Professional Services sales and cross-functional account strategies to accelerate customer adoption of MongoDB technologies. You will scope, negotiate, and close PS opportunities, manage the PS pipeline, and articulate business value to customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years selling PS or enterprise software, a BS in CS/Math/Engineering or equivalent, and fluency in Spanish and English, with cloud and on-premise architecture

Formación

• 5+ years selling Professional Services or enterprise software.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Scope, negotiate and close Professional Services opportunities.
• Drive professional services sales across Sales, PS, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage PS pipeline and revenue forecasts for the region.
