Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience in consumer tech products with a focus on transactional goals and optimization beyond the initial install or sign up.
• Comfortable with analytics tools, attribution models, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex learnings for stakeholders.
• Proficiency with mobile measurement partners such as Appsflyer or Branch.
• Crypto native and/or crypto/web3 experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid DSP and social strategy, development, and execution to scale Kraken's growth globally.
• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns to achieve CAC and payback goals across priority geos and customer segments.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness with detailed analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Effectively manage a multi-million dollar monthly performance marketing budget.
• Drive continuous campaign improvement through KPI analysis, testing and optimization to scale user acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals and strategies.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
