Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Norwegian - Speaking) in a remote role based in Spain. You will support customers through multiple channels, log interactions, and maintain knowledge of our applications to meet contractual SLAs.

The role requires Norwegian fluency and strong English, a 39-hour week, and a fully remote setup from Spain with on‑the‑job training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Norwegian and advanced in English.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote setup across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer contacts via phone, email, chat or other channels and resolve requests.
• Log call details and ensure responses meet SLA.
• Maintain product and application knowledge to assist customers effectively.
