Jobgether, partnering with a fintech-focused client in Spain, is seeking a middle-level .NET Engineer to join a remote backend team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable C# solutions using modern .NET technologies, with emphasis on reliability and performance.

You will work on distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure, applying best practices, tests, CI/CD, and AI-assisted workflows to improve product quality and engineering efficiency.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience using C# and modern .NET.
• Hands-on experience with multithreading and asynchronous programming.
• Proven experience building and operating software in production environments.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures, including message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs using REST, GraphQL, or gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework.
• Practical experience with Docker and a basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab and ArgoCD.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Understanding of modern AI capabilities and limitations, with hands-on experience using AI-powered coding assistants or agents.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions for high-traffic systems using C# and modern .NET.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clean, maintainable components aligned with established architectural principles.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver new product features.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code supported by appropriate unit, integration, and load testing.
• Work with asynchronous programming, multithreading, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures to build reliable services.
• Investigate production incidents and improve system observability through effective use of logs, metrics, traces, and business data.
• Contribute to performance optimization, scalability improvements, and overall system reliability.
• Work with APIs, relational databases, caching systems, and messaging technologies as part of the broader technology ecosystem.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, AI capabilities, and engineering practices that can improve product quality and development efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes and support reliable software deployment practices.
• Participate actively in an Agile development environment, collaborating with teammates to continuously improve products and engineering workflows.
