Hire Feed is seeking a PhD Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) to develop and optimize advanced engineering solutions across disciplines in a remote-first environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and tackle complex challenges.

The role emphasizes design, simulation, validation, and documentation, with opportunities to impact product development and engineering processes on high-impact projects across the organization.

Formación

• PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in applied research, system design, or process optimization in relevant engineering domains.
• Strong proficiency in simulation tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB, or SPICE.
• Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical, scalable engineering solutions.
• Experience with data analysis, statistics, and experimental design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates.

Responsabilidades

• Design, simulate, and validate electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems based on project requirements.
• Conduct theoretical modeling and experimental validation to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Develop and refine algorithms or processes to enhance efficiency and scalability of engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and optimization recommendations for existing systems.
