You will work entirely remotely with engineers, drivers, and strategists to interpret data, identify limits, and propose data-driven improvements for race setups.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Engineering, Physics, or quantitative field.
• 5+ years in performance analysis or data science in motorsport or similar.
• Strong programming and data tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze real-time and post-race telemetry data.
• Develop mathematical models to simulate vehicle dynamics and strategies.
• Identify KPIs and benchmarks for driver and car performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate insights into car setup decisions.
• Provide feedback to drivers on style and performance improvements.
• Create dashboards and reports for engineering, strategy, and mgmt.
• Apply statistical methods to find trends and anomalies.
• Stay updated on data tools and motorsport tech.
• Contribute to in-house analysis tools and ensure data integrity.
