AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze and visualize large-scale IT infrastructure and asset data. You will build pipelines and dashboards for internal stakeholders, working with PySpark/Databricks/Snowflake stacks and advanced SQL.

The role involves handling massive datasets, collaborating with customers and engineering teams, and leveraging frontier AI tools to enhance data processing and insights. Flexitime with remote and office options is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Data Analytics with strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Robust experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark/Databricks/Snowflake stack or equivalent.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries across large-scale systems.
• Hands-on work with massive, enterprise-grade datasets related to IT infrastructure/assets.
• Proficient in creating interactive Power BI dashboards to translate data into insights.
• Excellent oral and written communication, able to lead data discussions.
• Experience with frontier AI tools, Generative AI, and LLM integrations.
• Nice-to-haves: ServiceNow data models (CMDB) and data governance awareness.
• Experience in end-to-end data transformation and normalization across disparate datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for enterprise infrastructure metrics.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain data transformation pipelines for large asset datasets.
• Engage with customers and engineering teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Write optimized SQL queries to validate and extract insights from multi-source databases.
• Evaluate and integrate frontier AI tools to improve data workflows and modeling.
• Assist in defining data mappings and schema normalization to ensure data quality.
