Job summary

Conduent seeks a Medical Services Specialist to be the primary resource for customers contacting the Information Center about products and services. The role uses healthcare experience and product knowledge to communicate information via telephone, email and written communications in a fast-paced call center.

You will build rapport with customers, handle inquiries, and may contribute to outbound messaging. 100% remote work is available with a WFH allowance and medical insurance as part of the

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and German at B2/C1 level is required.
• Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Experience providing medical information and customer service to healthcare professionals over the phone is strongly preferred.
• Competency with IT, PCs and databases is required.
• Excellent verbal, telephone communication and written skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer inquiries to successful resolution.
• Provide product and disease state information within guidelines.
• Deliver world-class customer service and immediate resolution to inquiries.
• Communicate messages and offers to physicians, healthcare staff and consumers via tele-service.
• Evaluate and elevate calls as appropriate.
• Respond to non-phone inquiries (email, fax).
• Comply with industry regulations including adverse event processes.
• Manage assigned project work timely.
• Maintain knowledge of product, medical, disease and industry information.
• Record customer interactions in appropriate systems.
• Share best practices with team members.
