Zusammenfassung

Darkroom is seeking a senior creator programs leader to own and grow our Shadow-based creator initiatives while managing Darkroom's established creator channel. You will source operators, build a creator-led acquisition funnel, and coordinate fees, contracts, and co-marketing terms across a highly collaborative team.

You will work remotely with a team in EST time, collaborating with founders, operators, and growth teams to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impacts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running creator/partner programs with real audiences.
• Ability to structure commercial terms, affiliate/referral terms, and co-marketing.
• Comfort using AI for analytics, reporting, and drafting.
• Strong B2B communication with founders, operators, and growth teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage the creator roster day-to-day: relationships, briefs, scheduling.
• Source new operator-creators based on demonstrated credibility.
• Expand creator content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
• Design creator-led acquisition funnel and track signups/pipeline.
• Coordinate commercial terms, fees, and payments; contracts and calendars.
