Jobgether SRL in Spain is seeking a Marketing Manager to shape go-to-market plans for open-source technology, lead multi-channel campaigns, and drive revenue growth across global markets.

You will translate complex technology into clear messaging, collaborate with content, events, paid media and social teams, and use data to measure performance and continuously improve campaign impact in a highly distributed environment.

Formación

• Experience in a technology marketing role (SaaS/enterprise IT)
• Strong go-to-market planning and multi-channel marketing
• Data-driven mindset to evaluate and optimize campaigns
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent storytelling and messaging abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, distributed environment
• Curious about open-source technologies and their value

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end go-to-market planning and campaign execution across portfolios or territories.
• Develop and lead marketing programs to engage audiences and generate opportunities.
• Translate complex tech into clear, compelling messaging for technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with content, events, paid media, and social teams to improve performance.
• Monitor campaigns, analyze results, and optimize activities for impact.
• Develop experiments and strategies to support long buying cycles and demand generation.
• Contribute insights to refine marketing strategies and future performance.
• Balance planning with hands-on execution and project ownership from concept to measurement.
