Jobgether, partnering with a tech-focused organization, seeks a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager based in Spain. You will lead analytics and reporting for a global GTM team, owning the BI strategy from data modeling to dashboards and adoption, transforming Salesforce data into trusted insights for senior leadership.

You’ll establish revenue metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver analyses for weekly and quarterly reviews in a remote-first, international setting.

Formación

• 5+ years in BI, analytics, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS
• Experience defining governance and metrics for an org
• Proven ability to translate business questions into structured analyses
• Experience with CRM-driven reporting and Salesforce data models

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end BI strategy for GTM analytics
• Develop reliable revenue metrics (pipeline, ARR/MRR, churn, NRR, GRR)
• Build executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership
• Partner with Systems to improve data quality and governance
