Job summary

You’ll forecast volumes, allocate resources, and monitor KPIs in real time while collaborating with team leaders and project managers.

Required are 2+ years in customer service operations with workforce management, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and fluency in German or English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service operations with workforce management, planning, supervision or team leadership.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting abilities for staffing decisions.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and planning.
• Fluency in German or English is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan workforce allocation across projects based on forecasts and service targets.
• Monitor daily operations in real time and take corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain shift schedules with team leaders and project managers.
• Monitor KPIs like service levels, availability, handling times, and utilization.
• Improve reporting systems and automate recurring tasks.
