Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks a Consultant for its Global Medical Consulting practice to help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI.

The role focuses on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to maximize Vault Medical utilization, optimizing processes for efficiency, and supporting broader Medical Affairs

Formación

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models, Medical Content Strategy, Medical Communications.
• Strong mindset for quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project workstreams end-to-end with high-quality design and delivery of solutions.
• Solve complex problems leveraging Veeva’s data and software insights.
• Mentor and manageAssociate Consultants and oversee their work.
• Drive practice growth through business development and internal IP creation.
