BasqueVolt is seeking a Cell Development Engineer to contribute to advanced Li-metal battery cell development, integrating electrochemical design, materials engineering, and mechanical design. You will work with the Cell Design team from concept to validation, aligning with customer requirements and company objectives.

Formación

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering or related field (electrochemistry, materials science, or mechanical engineering).
• 3–5 years of battery cell development experience.
• Hands-on electrode processing, pouch cell design, failure analysis, and data analysis for coin and pouch cells.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to electrochemical design and materials engineering to meet performance targets.
• Support cell designs, BOMs, dimensions, tolerances, and stack configuration for modules and packs.
• Assist safety testing, PFMEA/DFMEA activities, and failure analysis documentation.
