AVL Iberica is seeking a Battery electrical components specialist in Valladolid to develop electrical components for Lithium-Ion batteries and oversee their design from upstream scoping to industrialization.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, with knowledge of automotive energy storage components, and is willing to travel about 20% to client facilities; fluency in Spanish and English is required, French is a plus.

• Experience with automotive electrical components and energy storage systems.
• Willingness to travel 20% to client sites.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Dimension components for lithium-ion battery systems.
• Write generic specifications and define validation plans.
• Define core competency rules and technical policies for your scope.
• Manage innovations and ensure performance and reliability of components.
• Lead component design reviews through development phases.
• Evaluate new technologies (technology watch, benchmark, state of the art).
