Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of operations to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, flexible engagement targets 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous improvement to design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows.

Work is fully remote, 5-20 hours per week (more if desired), with compensation of $70 per hour and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, process maps).
• Create and evaluate operational readiness checklists and business cases to drive efficiency and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and scalable processes.
