Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead of Internal Accounting to own the end-to-end accounting function across the Group. This senior role leads a team of 4–5 accounting professionals and handles crypto and fiat transactions in a high-volume environment.

The position emphasizes ownership, accuracy, and timely reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions, with a flexible, remote-friendly setup and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on accounting experience at Senior/Lead Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Chief Accountant level.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and related accounting standards.
• Experience leading or coordinating an accounting team.
• Ability to translate complex transaction flows into appropriate accounting treatments.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the full accounting cycle across the Group companies.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for all Group entities.
• Ensure accurate accounting for crypto and fiat transactions.
• Oversee reconciliations with crypto wallets, exchanges, banks and other counterparties.
• Ensure data completeness from operational systems into accounting records.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities.
• Identify discrepancies and drive process improvements to close gaps.
• Coach and allocate workload for 4–5 accounting professionals.
