Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and user-friendly way

Responsibilities

• Gathering, validating and documenting business and system requirements
• Modelling business processes, including crypto transaction flows
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
• Designing and documenting integrations with external systems (blockchain networks, liquidity providers, payment systems)
• Creating functional and system specifications (PRD, SRS, API specifications)
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams on solution design
• Understanding blockchain fundamentals and transaction lifecycle
• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger
