Algofy is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to own email strategy across multiple client accounts. You’ll work hands-on in Klaviyo, audit accounts, build campaigns and flows, analyze performance, and translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience working directly in Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo is required.
• Proven experience developing and managing email marketing strategies, not only executing campaigns.
• Experience managing email marketing for e-commerce and/or lead generation brands.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, retention strategy, and email automation.
• Experience building, managing, and optimizing complex email flows and automations.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, testing, and campaign optimization.
• Solid understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, list health, consent, and email marketing best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues involving integrations, automations, tracking, triggers, and customer data.
• Strong client communication skills and confidence discussing performance, strategy, and recommendations directly with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage email marketing strategies aligned with client growth, retention, engagement, and revenue goals.
• Own planning, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of email campaigns within Klaviyo.
• Build and optimize lifecycle automations (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, cross-sell).
• Audit client email accounts to identify strategic, technical, deliverability, segmentation, automation, and performance opportunities.
• Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance and translate data into strategic recommendations and next steps.
• Develop testing and optimization strategies for subject lines, content, offers, timing, segmentation, and automation logic.
• Build and manage advanced audience segmentation based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and data.
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, list health, and engagement metrics; identify issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving flows, triggers, integrations, segmentation, tracking, and data syncing.
• QA campaigns and automations before launch to ensure correct segmentation, links, tracking, and logic.
• Manage client communication related to email marketing, including strategy discussions and performance insights.
• Present email performance and strategic recommendations clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to align assets with objectives; support SMS strategy where applicable.
• Manage multiple client accounts and priorities with strong attention to deadlines and quality.
