Job summary

Algofy is seeking a versatile Creative Designer to craft captivating ad concepts, design assets, and bring content to life through video. You’ll work on Meta/Google Ads, email creative, and UGC videos, collaborating with Creative Strategists and Paid Media teams while owning projects end-to-end.

You’ll design across web, email, and social channels, using AI tools to enhance workflows and deliver high-performing visuals that align with brand and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital advertising, graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma, as well as video tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience working with, or strong interest in, AI-powered creative tools.
• A strong creative eye and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership of creative projects and work independently from brief to final delivery.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles and how creative impacts campaign results.
• Experience using performance feedback and data to iterate on creative.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media trends.
• Experience designing marketing emails and understanding effective email layout principles.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple accounts.
• A killer portfolio showcasing strong graphic design and video work across multiple platforms.
• Bonus: Client-facing experience or experience leading creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Paid Media team to conceptualize digital ad campaigns for Meta and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, turning briefs and feedback into polished assets.
• Own projects from brief through to delivery independently.
• Create static and animated visuals using Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Design assets for web, email, and social media.
• Develop strategic ad concepts with messaging and audience insights.
• Conduct trend and competitor research to inform decisions.
• Use performance insights to improve existing creatives and develop winning variations.
• Design strategic email layouts and assets balancing quality and performance.
• Edit UGC and short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and apply visual effects.
• Align video content with campaign goals and brand tone.
• Create basic motion graphics and engaging social-ready formats.
• Self-QA all creative before delivery.
• Manage deadlines across multiple client accounts in ClickUp.
