Foxelli is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) to join our growing team and drive the execution and automation of email campaigns across our D2C brands. In this hands-on role, you’ll use AI tools to boost efficiency, personalization, and results, while gaining exposure to high-performance ecommerce environments.

This remote position offers flexible scheduling, with an emphasis on Klaviyo automation, segmentation, and campaign building.

Qualifications

• Hands-on email marketing experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Mandatory experience with Klaviyo automation and segmentation.
• Mandatory experience with AI tools used in marketing (copywriting, personalization).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written communication and persuasive copywriting.
• Detail-oriented with reliability and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Set up automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with seniors to implement AI tools for copy, targeting, and performance.
• Manage email lists and ensure healthy segmentation.
• Support reporting and analysis of campaign metrics.
• Maintain email marketing calendar and timelines.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign output.
• Design and build email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
