Job summary

• 2+ years of professional experience with Windows servers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong documentation abilities and attention to technical detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus.
• Previous data center or IT infrastructure migrations experience is an advantage.
• Project coordination experience is desirable.
• MCSE certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, technical analysis, application mapping, and documentation.
• Work directly with Windows Server environments and provide technical troubleshooting.
• Assist with infrastructure assessments and technical analysis to support planning and execution.
• Contribute to application mapping and the documentation of infrastructure components and project activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across project services, operations, and stakeholders.
• Support infrastructure migration initiatives, including data center and server-related activities.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation throughout project delivery.
• Communicate technical information and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
