Jobgether is seeking an Integration Engineer (French Speaker) based in Spain to join a remote-first technology team building AI-powered e-commerce search and product discovery solutions. You will help customers integrate their websites and mobile apps with our platform, guiding onboarding and explaining REST API integration for accurate search results.

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding by understanding technical requirements and guiding e-commerce businesses through integration.
• Provide technical guidance on REST APIs, web services, and integration best practices.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with customers and CS teams; identify root causes and apply fixes.
• Assist customers with product catalog configuration, data uploads, facets, and searchable attributes.
• Serve as a communication link between customers and internal technical resources; respond clearly to inquiries.
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document customer interactions and recurring issues to improve knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to integration documentation and onboarding materials.
• Identify recurring challenges and suggest process improvements.
